Each pair includes 3" wide hooks with a 2,600 LB combined capacity for reliable support during heavy lifts. UHMW plastic lining on the backplate, lip, and frame helps protect your bar's knurling and prevents metal-on-metal contact with your rack.
Designed for Titan Fitness X-3 Series Power Racks with 3" x 3" uprights, these are the same J-Hooks included with the rack and are compatible with most barbells, from standard bars to oversized squat bars.
